Refunds & Return Policy

We trust that you have enjoyed your shopping experience with us and we look forward to offering you new and exciting products in the future.


You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your
purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, TWIGS Toy Boutique is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address but if we do it is at your own expense.
GIFTING - We do offer gift wrapping. If you have a special colour request, be sure to let us know. Just type a comment into the Instruction Box. If delivery address is different to your billing address, it will be sent without an invoice or packing slip so the lucky receiver doesn't know the dollar value.

Purchase Prices

All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you. Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered products to you.

Payment and Security

TWIGS Toy Boutique accepts payment for the Products via Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Paypal. (Afterpay available in store)
If you would like to transfer via EFT or you would prefer speaking to someone with your credit card details, please note in the instruction box at checkout and we will contact you when we are processing your order. Orders over $250 may be required to be paid by EFT so we will contact you via email and/or telephone to confirm details.


TWIGS Toy Boutique is small family owned and operated store based at Strathpine on Brisbane’s Northside in QLD. We work hard to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible.
We LOVE seeing you, so you can choose to ‘Click & Collect” from the store during trading hours (currently 7 days a week) or you can call the shop to arrange out of hours collection if that suits.
We deliver Australia wide & currently use Australia Post. We can deliver to you, or if your purchase is a gift we can deliver to the recipients address. Delivery costs include shipping, handling & packaging, tracking and are calculated at checkout.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered products to you.

Refunds and Returns

If you have any queries or problems with your order please contact us immediately the problem is discovered.
For exchange or refund products must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in original condition with original, undamaged packaging.
Customers are not entitled to a refund for a change of mind, however we are happy to help you choose another item of equal or higher value. This is at the discretion of management.
There are no returns on items purchase on sale or clearance.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation Of Orders

In the unlikely event of TWIGS Toy Boutique being unable to fill all or part of an order for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as practicable, offering to fill what we can & give the option of a substitute or refund. We are not liable for any claim to additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage for loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such a cancellation.
