Postage & Shipping

Thank you for choosing to shop with TWIGS Toy Boutique. We have an extensive range of toys, gifts & sensory tools. We are always searching to improve & expand our range. If you are searching for something but can't see it on our website or it's marked out of stock, please check with us for availability. We accept Pay Pal, Mastercard and VISA, Afterpay and can also provide Bank Details for direct deposit on request.

Delivery & Postage Costs

We have a Click & Collect option at checkout if you are wanting to collect your purchase from our Strathpine store. If that doesn't suit, we offer delivery too. Currently it's $11.95 flat rate standard & can be chosen at checkout. We use Australia Post with tracking and will post the same day whenever we can. Heavy or bulky items may incur an additional cost but we will contact you to confirm delivery costs prior to your items being sent. Our aim is to ensure you receive your goodies as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary and are beyond our control once lodged with the Post Office.

Out Of Stock Items

Our online store tracks our stock levels but as we have a physical store front too, on a very rare occasion sales may cross over. Should this happen, we will be in contact and notify you and you will have the option of either a refund, exchange or your items can be ordered and sent to you as soon as it comes back in stock.


As a business that promotes environmentally-friendly product we hate waste! We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged safely, securely and with as much recycled material as possible. Your parcel may very well turn up in a box that has been used before 🙂

Breakages During Delivery

All items will be thoroughly checked before leaving our hands. Please report any damage or breakage that may have occurred in transit as soon as possible. Contact us immediately with a description of the problem. Instructions will be given for the necessary course of action. Generally, a photo will need to be taken & sent to us and we'll attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Twigs Toy Boutique is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the toy has been played with. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer and returns on this basis are at the manufacturer’s discretion.

International Delivery

TWIGS Toy Boutique can accept international orders online, however, currently they will only be sent to destinations within Australia.
